EVERTEC is a leading financial payment processor owned by Popular, Inc.  TRANSACTA Solutions is and end-to-end ticketing, payment processing, and business intelligence solution for event commerce – managing every aspect of an entertainment consumer’s activity.


GMTS provided strategic planning, organization structure, and box office management to support the successful launch of Puerto Rico's premier ticket service.

In 2002, members of the Gold Medal staff traveled to San Juan to support the development of Ticketpop's administrative organization and their policies and service procedures, including everything from selling tickets on the Internet, at retail outlet locations, and over the telephone, to providing all on-site box office services at Puerto Rico's largest and most popular venues.

GMTS also assisted Ticketpop with the creation of its system reports, preparation of major proposals, due diligence, market analysis, and business development projects.

GMTS provided an introduction of Costco Wholesale Corporation’s management to the Shubert Organization which resulted in the launch of a ticketing service on Costco’s web site; www.insiteticketing.com/costco. Costco sells tickets to its membership for professional sports, theatre, and family entertainment attractions. This service features the availability of quality seat locations at discounted prices and reasonable service fees. Shubert Ticketing Services developed the private label ticketing site, and benefits from the result of utilizing some of its excess ticket system capacity to sell more tickets better for Costco.



Rose Quarter GMTS provided due diligence services to Portland Arena Management LLC and FTI Consulting in order to assist them with their analysis of ticket proposals from the major computer ticketing companies and the selection of their ticketing services vendor.


Fargodome
GMTS provided due diligence services to the Fargodome Authority in Fargo, ND in order to assist them with their needs analysis and issuance of an RFP for Ticketing Services, their evaluation of proposals from major computer ticketing companies, and the selection process of their ticketing services vendor.

GMTS provides business development resources to a leading integrator of ticketing solutions utilizing self-service kiosk solutions.



Salt Lake 2002 / NBC

NBC VIP Sponsor Client Ticketing Program at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City The NBC Olympic Ticket Office began on-site operations six weeks prior to the Salt Lake Winter Games when we established vault procedures and secured the $7.5 million, 40,000 hard ticket inventory.

Computer accounts were set up for every program attendee; tickets were assigned to each invitee's account, and then delivered by our highly-experienced staff from the VIP Will-Call and Ticket Services desk.

VIP "gold medal treatment" was given by satisfying every guest's preference - including last-minute ticket exchanges, and co-promotional programs were developed with local / regional organizations resulting in the resale of $750,000 in 'unused' ticket inventory!

Kennesaw State UnivGMTS was selected to conduct a campus-wide ticketing assessment and needs analysis for the fastest growing four year institution in the University System of Georgia. In the Spring of 2004 the Gold Medal team spent a week at KSU gathering information using focus group meetings and one-on-one interviews with members of every department related to every aspect of ticketing on the campus.

Input and needs analysis from athletics, college of the arts, special events, fund raising, business office, IT, and the box office enabled GMTS to present KSU with a clear understanding of how to consolidate campus-wide ticket operations and select the best ticket solutions for their rapidly growing environment.
