Proposal & RFP Due Diligence


Gold Medal has worked on both the vendor and acquirer side of the ticket system sales cycle.  We understand the “tricks of the trade”.  We have given Internet and trade show product demos.  We know how to work through carefully scripted presentations and validate the claims salesmen often make to their purchasers and prospects.

GMTS has prepared dozens of proposals and bid responses since the 1970’s.  We are familiar with the RFP processes used by arenas, professional sports franchises, museums, arts centers, theme parks, festivals, and universities.  We are accustomed to working with and responding to purchasing agents, IT, marketing, finance, box office and executive management in order to submit or select winning proposals.

Determining needs, preparing RFP’s, and performing due diligence on behalf of our clients who have issued bids is a Gold Medal core competency.  Our experience and our resources in the ticket industry enable us to validate the claims of vendors’ who embellish their proposals with features and promises that may or may not be accurate.
