GMTS provided consulting services for strategic planning and box office management to support the successful launch of Puerto Rico's premier ticket service.
In 2002, members of the Gold Medal staff traveled to San Juan to assist with the development of Ticketpop's organization and their operations infrastructure, including everything from selling tickets on the Internet, at retail outlet locations, and over the telephone, to providing all on-site box office services at Puerto Rico's largest and most popular venues.
GMTS currently provides Ticketpop with consulting services and strategic planning for new technology applications and with business development.
